Apple Hill Remembers Louise Shonk Kelly

Carved deep into the wooden plaque are the words: Louise Shonk Kelly Concert Barn. The devoted, generous patron of Apple Hill’s early decades made her largest gift in 1977 to renovate the dilapidated barn, turning it into a light-filled performance space and adding a kitchen and a winterized room.
