2024 Apple Hill Gala Award Nominations

We’re looking for nominations for the AH Alumni Achievement Award and the AH Community Service Award – given to one alum and one community member in the AH community who are making a difference and embody the values of Apple Hill.

These awards seek to recognize excellence in the Apple Hill community, and to acknowledge how these individuals continue their stewardship of the Apple Hill mission through their work, achievement, volunteer service, philanthropy, leadership and/or commitment to our community. Winners will be recognized at the Apple Hill Summer Gala and be profiled on Apple Hill’s social media and e-newsletter.

Guidelines

  • Award nominations are open to anyone who has attended Apple Hill as a participant at any time, and/or become a deeply committed community member.
  • Individuals, as well as couples, are eligible to be nominated.
  • Self-nominations are welcomed.
  • You can make up to 3 nominations in each category.
  • Nominations must be submitted by June 1.
  • A committee will review all nominees. Award recipients will be selected based on demonstrated achievement and commitment presented in the nomination.

Nominations
To nominate an alum or community member, please be ready to provide:

  • nominee’s contact info
  • a short narrative about who they are and why they deserve to be recognized
  • optional: supporting evidence is welcomed and encouraged (link to their website, newspaper/online articles, other recognitions, etc.)
